THE GDC is reminding all dental care professionals (DCPs) that they must renew their registration before midnight 31 July 2017.
DCPs are required to make their annual retention fee payment, declare their indemnity and log CPD hours (if it’s the end of the cycle). They can also update their personal details.
The easiest way to do this is to use eGDC but registrants can also renew via an automated telephone line (0800 197 4610) or by post using the business return envelope included in notification letters.
The GDC warns that late payment or not declaring indemnity could result in being removed from the register and having to cease working as a DCP.
