MDDUS employment law adviser Janice Sibbald will be hosting a webinar this November on conducting a disciplinary hearing, designed for members who are responsible for disciplining employees.
In this webinar, Janice will discuss a practice’s statutory requirement when carrying out a disciplinary hearing with their employees. It will also look at some practical hints and tips to help practices handle the process.
MDDUS risk webinars are delivered by in-house advisers and focus on areas of known risk in medical and dental practice.
