JOIN the BMA and MDDUS for an interactive educational evening session using case scenarios to challenge your knowledge about the common law duty of confidentiality, regulatory guidance and the Data Protection Act.
The session will also explore the implications of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force in May 2018 and will have implications for the processing and use of personal sensitive data, including how medical records are accessed, shared and managed.
