REDUCING risk associated with incapacity, new EU data protection laws and NHS Scotland complaints handling procedures are the focus of upcoming MDDUS webinars.
First up on Tuesday, June 27 at 11am is our webinar for GPs and practice managers that looks at reducing medical risk around incapacity. Using anonymised case studies, this interactive session reviews regulatory guidance, legal requirements and common medico-legal difficulties practices experience when managing the care of incapable adults or those with fluctuating capacity.
The new EU General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) is the focus of our webinar on Thursday, July 13 at 11am. The Regulation comes into effect in May 2018 and this session will help practices prepare for implementation.
And on Thursday, July 27 at 12pm, GPs and practice managers can learn about the new NHS Scotland complaints handling procedure which came into effect last month.
