FIND out more about managing incapacity in adults, the new NHS Scotland complaints handling procedure and the use of chaperones in the latest MDDUS risk management webinars.
The first of our interactive one-hour events is on April 5 at 12.30pm, entitled Incapacity – reducing medical risk, for GPs and practice managers. It will review the regulatory guidance, legal requirements and common medico-legal difficulties practices experience when managing the care of incapable adults or those with fluctuating capacity.
Next up on April 11 at 12pm is our webinar for GPs, GDPs and practice managers looking at the new NHS Scotland complaints handling procedure which is just about to come into effect. And on April 27 at 11am, senior MDDUS risk adviser Liz Price will highlight GP practice risks around the use of chaperones.
