As part of our programme management team, you will be an integral part of the successful delivery of transformation projects across the business.
You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, end users and technology teams, in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology.
We're on the lookout for candidates with strong experience as a business analyst and able to evidence:
- A proven record of both business and technology change delivery
- Experience of working within a programme/project management delivery framework
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management at all levels
- Good knowledge of IT packages including but not limited to
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Excel and;
- Visio/Enterprise Architect.
Along with the desired technical skills, having motivated and enthusiastic colleagues is important to us. The successful candidate for this roll will be:
- an effective communicator
- good trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- be self-motivated and able to collaborate with others
- be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload;
- and keen to develop within their role
While it is not essential for this role, we are keen to hear from applicants who have had experience working with a finance function or supporting in the delivery of finance related projects. We will consider applicants which choose either Glasgow or London as their preferred office location
