Tristan has specialised in healthcare law since commencing his training in 2008 with Parlett Kent Solicitors. He qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and subsequently joined Clyde & Co where he represented and defended NHS Trusts, private clinicians and other healthcare professionals in complex, high-value matters. Tristan also advised on regulatory matters and indemnity issues to a range of medical malpractice insurers. Tristan has a degree in law from the University of Sussex and studied the LPC at the College of Law in Moorgate, London. He joined the MDDUS in May 2016.
