Paralegal

Penny graduated from the University of Strathclyde in arts and social sciences before obtaining a specialist paralegal qualification in reparation law in 2010. Since then she has specialised in dealing with industrial disease claims (pre-litigation and litigation) for major insurance clients as well as having some experience of occupiers liability and RTA claims. She was shortlisted for paralegal of the year in the Scottish Legal Awards in 2015. Penny joined MDDUS in November 2015 and is experienced in dealing with complex and high value clinical negligence claims in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court.
