Nicola trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2008 at Nabarro. She subsequently joined Fishburns (now DWF) where she specialised in healthcare law. Nicola has experience of defending a wide variety of clinical and dental negligence claims. She also has extensive experience of representing doctors and dentists at fitness to practice proceedings and at Inquests. Nicola obtained a degree in politics at Durham University and then studied law at BPP in London. She joined MDDUS in February 2014.
