Liz has a Master's in Occupational Psychology and has worked extensively with members and their teams for over 25 years to help them understand and manage medicolegal, regulatory and operational risk. With a special interest in the impact of Human Factors on patient safety, Liz regularly supports medical and dental members who have experienced difficulties that have led to regulatory action.
