Kalani joined MDDUS in August 2022. She obtained a degree in Biomedical Sciences BSc from St George's University of London in 2014 and completed the Graduate LLB and LPC at BPP London. She qualified as a solicitor in 2021, having trained at Hempsons in London, where she gained experience in employment law, clinical negligence claims, inquests and regulatory matters. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Kalani worked as a paralegal at the Medical Defence Union and at RadcliffesLeBrasseur in their healthcare department, broadening her claims experience by representing individual doctors and dentists in complex and high-value matters.
