Caroline qualified from St Thomas’ Hospital Medical School in London in 1990. She gained her CCST in Anaesthetics in 1999 and worked as a consultant in cardiothoracic anaesthesia in London. In 2017, she gained a post-graduate diploma in Medical law and Ethics from De Montfort University. Caroline worked as a medico-legal adviser for Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) for five years, and joined MDDUS in 2024.
