Clare has specialised in healthcare law since she qualified in 2005. She trained at Bevan Brittan and worked at Kennedys before joining the MDDUS in 2009. Clare is experienced in defending healthcare professionals, private hospitals and NHS Trusts in clinical negligence claims as well as advising on inquests and other aspects of healthcare law including capacity and mental health law. Clare has a degree in English from the University of Sheffield and studied law at the College of Law, London.
